“ I receive a call from this number almost every day at different times, between 8 am and 8 pm. This first started in early February 2016. I answered the first few times, but there was no one who spoke on the caller's side. Now I never answer it and just let the call go to voicemail, but the caller does not ever leave a message. Periodically I have googled the number to get caller information, but so far nothing is available, at least not through a basic google search. I suspect that it is a new number, given the 971 area code prefix. I'm not sure if it is spam or scam call. ”
