I ask the indian guys answering the phone, What kind of scam they running there?. He started telling go F your self. Did you mother got rape last night? all kind of gross and nasty things to me. So my take is, do not answer any personal questions, or give out any personal information to these people or to anyone. Ask or research before you give your information out. IRS or credit card companies will not asked you personal questions when they call you.
