I was rear-ended in a car accident on 08/01/16. Beginning on 08/02/16 at 7:57 AM, I received fifteen calls from this number, the last one coming in at 3:01 according to my phone. (I also received twenty calls from fourteen other numbers, the earliest of which was at 7:44 AM and the latest at 8:09 PM.) This number in particular became increasingly hostile, and left multiple voicemails. Most of the calls from this number were just minutes apart: 8:31, 8:41, 8:53, 9:04... I finally called the police about opening a harassment charge against this number, and this number stopped calling me.
