\r\n\r\n I talked to these guys to stop calling me on 5/17. They stopped calling my work phone but called my home phone today and scared my husband with their robo- call. Needless to say I called them back to stop calling all of my numbers and I told them I was already filing a complaint with the FTC and my attorney general. The lady was very rude and of course did not want to provide me a mailing address for their company. She said because someone tried to blow them up with a grenade so they no longer give it out. Sure. I also said that I know they are a scam and my attorney general has advised me not to give them any heed and she said "Everyone has different opinions but their wrong. We can garnish your wages and take you to court. Check with any lawyer" So the legal opinion of my attorney general and the FTC is apparently wrong according to this very law abiding citizen. I also told her that I had told them on the 17th to stop calling me, and he threatened that the client would be serving me the very next day, yet she had an answer for that. "Our judicial system doesn't work that fast." Or in this case not at all for them because they are scammers! She also said that they called me again because I have multiple cases with them in their office and she isn't going to help me when I call back because this debt is all over my credit report. Yeah, usually debt collectors would be happy to get you to pay, but this woman just wanted to get rid of me. She said I was wasting her time. In other words she could be working on terrorizing some other person into giving her money.
