“ Got a wake-up call before 9 AM on Sunday morning from 416.906.4444. Some Stupid ID theft Scam. Caller had an East Indian accent. He did ask for me only by last name and proceeded that he called from the Bank of Canada fraud center. Apparently all my bank accounts and credit cards have been frozen due to fraudulent acclivity on my accounts. Then he asked me to verify myself by having to provide my SIN number and birth date so he could help me to unfreeze the accounts. What a pile of..... He must have got our number from an online "phone book", unbeknown to him the listing is still in the wife's maiden name.\r\n ”

“ Number showed up on my phone when I had the ringer volume turned off during an event. Tried to return call several times. After one ring get a message that person is unavailable. ”
