has called multiple times; Caller ID say United Breast C, when called back, it identifies itself as the United Breast Cancer Inquiry Line and gives you options. if you answer, they do not identify themselves but say "hello, ?" using first name only with no identification of who is calling and when asked, they hang up.

This female (if that's what it was) was as high on drugs as I've ever heard. She couldn't hardly talk. If it wasn't drugs it had to be drunk on alcohol. she tried to say she was from the IRS and her name was Nikki Johnson yeta, yeta, yeta. What a terrible scam she or he is trying to pull over on people. Feel so sorry for the older folks who fall for these types of phone calls.

BEST thing to do with a number you don't recognize.... pick up phone and BE SILENT (quickly put phone on MUTE). The ROBO will think it's a dead line or non-line and it will hang up on it's own, and you'll get no more calls from that call originator.\r\nIf it's a person you know ... they will always say "hello?" and you can speak up.\r\nRobo-caller machines won't transfer the call to a worker (spelled leach) until it hears a voice.\r\n\r\nAlso, your 5 year "Do Not Call" List entry may have expired. Time to put your numbers on the list, again.

29 Oct 2015. I didn't hear my phone ring or vibrate, but I found a "missed call" with this phone number. I'm job hunting so can't miss calls and called the number, but received a recording that it is a non-working number. It was listed as a San Francisco call on the "missed call message.
