The person who sent these messages is Boyce Brown, who , according to the Nebraska Prison Inmate website, has been incarcerated for terrorist threats and additional charges. \r\n\r\nIn 2008 I made it clear to him to never contact me again. Yet he continued and I did not respond. For months, I ignored his attempts at communication, including emails. One of which claims he put my name, address and phone number on prison pen pal websites, and told me to have fun with my new friends. Emails have continued since 2008 up to 2015.\r\n\r\nAccording to the caller ID, The phone number coming up with the name "Don Baugas." Mr Brown claims to use a prepaid phone card and said he was currently working at CMS (Collegiate Marketing Services, in Lincoln, NE) which I understand, he is not employed at that company.\r\n\r\nI was able to identify where he was accessing computers, which led to the college campus libraries in Lincoln, NE. The campus police were contacted and a report was filed.\r\n\r\n He uses dating website, such as "Plenty of FIsh" to meet women. His screen name was something like rocky3161957 (3/16/1057 is also his date of birth and I think Rocky may have been his dogs name) Another known screen name he used was Rocky83095 (8/30/95 maybe his son's date of birth) He also has a Twitter account under Rocky93095 or Rocky83095.\r\n\r\nI was told by a reliable source, who know Boyce Brown personally, that I should be concerned for my safety. \r\n\r\nAccording to some public records, a warrant was issues for his arrest on November 30, 2010. I do not know the nature or events surrounding the warrant. To the best if my knowledge, he had a suspended drivers license.\r\n\r\nIn Aug 1013, he may have been living in LaVista, NE. Otherwise, he had been in the Lincoln, NE area, utilizing the college campus libraries.\r\n\r\nAuthorities reported that they found him hiding in a room on the Lincoln College Campus in Jan. 2008.\r\n\r\nI urge anyone to use caution if they come in contact with this person. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n ”
