However, the wait time was 55 minutes, so I opted to leave a call-back number when prompted. Approximately an hour later, I received a call from the number 301-453-6536. The woman on the line proceeded to ask for my name, date of birth, full social security number, place of birth, current residence, and my mother's maiden name. I became suspicious and questioned the necessity of such extensive information, to which she responded before the conversation abruptly ended.
