“ Received a creepy letter offering to buy our house. Gave this phone number 210-901-8797 and it is just signed Angel. The return address did not include a name, but lead to an apartment. The letter states that he/she drove by and then obviously looked up the property owner and mails letter hand addressed. Seems fishy to me, not a legit real estate investor as stated in the letter. ”
