“ I got a call from this number today. It appeared to be local so I answered it. It was a telemarketer claiming to be from WestJet and that my cell number qualified for a free $999 vacation package. After being connected to a live person, she refused to tell me how much this "free" vacation package was going to cost me. She kept telling me they would give me details after she took a few minutes to ask me some questions. When I refused and kept insisting on wanting her to cut to the chase and tell me how much it was going to cost me, the girl hung up. I knew it was a scam. I called WestJet and was going to tell them about this scam, but they had an automated message advising people that there are scammers impersonating them and that they do not share their customer lists or enlist telemarketers.\r\n ”
