“ Indian guy called saying i was under investigation by the irs. They also said when I filed with h&r block that there was an invetigation. 1 I haven't filed taxes in 3 years. 2 I have never filed with h&r block. 3 I haven't even had my number long enough for the irs to have it seeing how I haven't filed in years. ”

“ We got several calls stating to call this number and the various messages seemed to change the call back numbers. The other callback numbers that they referenced were: 202-750-4163 and 202-846-4163. The voice was a robotic female voice and it did not state why we might get arrested or charged; nor did it mention anyone personal names for reference. SCAM SCAM SCAM... ”

“ Just got a call today saying the same thing regarding tax fraud. Been doing my taxes with H&R Block for years. My taxes are good. The message was left by a robotic woman's voice, that's what clued me in this was a fraud; the U.S. Treasury would not leave an important message like that via a robotic woman's voice. That screams hacker or scammer. ”

“ They call and say they are from IRS.....Scam....I told them today I had reported them as they were scam, the reply I got was "Should I shoot you"..i had him repeat it again as I really thought I had misunderstood him, but he repeated the same thing\r\n ”

“ Left message saying I was being investigated for tax fraud on my name never said my name and to call number back before I am arrested. Ok? No way they can associate my number with my name so boo ya! ”
