“ Lady called Summer McCain like (john McCain) claims she is doing a legal review against me. Says she has my credit report and know my financial position. Start with a legal talk off. When as her bar # and agency Lic info she could not answer . Then she gives the going to Sue spill, judgement, and garnishee my accounts, wages etc. Tells me she can take or freeze my personal assets, bank accounts, stocks etc. Now this is over a $1800 something account for a septic pump work done by\r\nWind River/EarthCare Services, on a rental I lived in. My reply please go ahead , sue me over a property I do not own and landlord was over billed for the tank amount pumped. Then she proceeds to let me know she has verf' my employement status for garnishment. I have reached my limit, reporting this agency to the FTC, my research finds no Lic to do bus in Maryland, and have a negative ratings with the better business bureau. I think that they need to be sued and stop the lies and false claims pretending an attorney, pulling credit reports etc. I have also filed a complaint with the 3 credit bureau companies against This US Impact for allowing them to gain my credit report without my knowledge. ”
