The government doesn't handle calls or warrants or anything else of importance in this manner. Please don't fall for these calls they are just money scams.... ”

“ I live in Missouri and received a recorded call on July 7, 2016, from this number from a man who claimed his name was Steve Martin about a federal offense and needing to call this number right away or face a magistrate judge or grand jury. The voice was heavily accented I'm guessing Middle Eastern. I could barely understand him. I am also guessing this is one of those scam calls that are designed to part people from their money. Robo calls are not how the authorities operate. I will not be calling "Steve" back. ”
