“ Today while I was at the hospital with my son I came home and there were two (2) messages from 573-359-5035 stating that they were the IRS and this is the last time I will hear from them before they sue me. ”

“ Same for me. I live in California and get a call from a "wireless caller" from out of state. The caller (female voice) informs me that the IRS is filing a law suit against me. She asks me to call back immediately as it is urgent that I pay mu dues.\r\nI know it's a scam as I have proof that I paid my taxes. I did not call back.\r\n\r\n ”

“ I got a call from this number also, they were threating to sue the person living at this number, I am the caretaker for this individual whom has never filed taxes, for she is disabled and cannot work, it is a scam. Do people think that other people are so innocent these days, I hope they get caught and prosecuted. ”

“ I received a message from the "IRS," informing me that they were foiling a law suit. When (out of curiosity) I returned the call, phone call a heavily accented woman, thanked me for calling. I could hear a typical boiler room operation in the back. I asked her for information about my lawsuit, stating that she should know all about it were she from the IRS; she wanted me to verify my identity, and I said as soon as you tell me the specifics. She then hung up.\r\nTwo minutes alter, I got a call from 254-213-8591. Same thing. I hope no one is stupid enough to fall for this; long before the IRS calls, they have sent a large amount of mail. ”

“ I've received a few calls from this number. Today I got 2 & they leave a message that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.\r\nWhen I called the number back, from a different phone, the first time I asked who I was speaking with & got hung up on. The second time I called (same person answered) when I asked the person's name, she told me, in a heavy Indian accent "officer nicki taylor". i asked for her IRS badge number ~ and she gave me some number then hung up on me. \r\nI do know the IRS does not make phone calls. \r\nI also received the same calls from another number, 330-705-2660, and 206-823-3090.\r\n\r\nI wish the people pulling this scam would get a real job & leave me alone! ”
