“ Same thing. They have left me text messages to the effect that my Nelnet loans will hit default status in 10 days, and another one today stating they will hit default status in 5 days. I have no loans of any kind.\r\n\r\nI checked out NelNet. They are a company that arranges for student loan payments. They got into trouble with New York State for less than scrupulous business practices, and Nel Net settled for $1 million. They are Nebraska based, and Nebraska forgave them the $1 million. ”
