“ Received call from 318-719-7224 around 9:12 am on February 12th stating this is a final from the IRS that there is a lawsuit against me and that I needed to contact them and left the number. I searched the number and found this site. I figured it is a scam. Afterall, the IRS will just take your money and mail out a notice notifying you why. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFO TO THIS NUMBER! ”

“ I called several times and the woman that answered was foreign and I said it's a scam and she would hang up on me. My husband also called and they had our last name and address on file. The foreign woman stated that the call is being recorded and it can be used in court. She asked if we intentionally or accidentally misfiled our taxes and he said it would've been on accident and she hung up on him. ”

“ Called me at 9:00 AM and left message saying there was a warrant out for my arrest from Washington D.C. for back taxes that I hadn't responded to and they were going to freeze my assets. When I called them they wanted $6,190.00 for what they called mis-calculation of taxes from the period of 2010 through 2014, they hoped, otherwise it was Fraud, thus the arrest warrant, if I didn't settle now. They said that they wanted me to go to my bank and wire them the money, they would let me know where to wire it when I got to my bank, Very James Bondish..... but I have to say that at first it scared the hell out of me because I didn't know what was going on. SCAM big time ... ”

“ called my house previously and just called my cell...same message "IRS has filed a lawsuit against you..." I called back and when I started questioning the gentleman that answered he hung up on me. ”
