“ They operate a scam, claiming to be the US Treasury department. You can hear the noise of a 'boiler room' telephone operation in the background. They give you an ID number and a security code and tell you to call back this number. You then are told that if you go to a Western Union office and send $250, you will immediately receive a grant from the US government, in my case for $8,000. If you believe that, I have a bridge in Brooklyn, NY, I would like to sell you. ”
